HR Call to talk about Arctic Wolf and the role. Recruiter informed me that they would look to schedule and coordinate a follow up interview with the hiring manager. Weeks later I reached out once more to confirm if there was still interest and I was subsequently ghosted. Seems like a poor candidate experience for a company employee to say one thing and then do another. Wondering if this company brings this same kind of philosophy into their internal communications and sales? Either tell the candidate you're not moving forward or help communicate on the next steps of the process. Candidate beware, you might be entering a genuine interview process...or you may just be another cog in a set of HR introductory calls to nowhere.

Stage 1 of the interview process involves a Screening interview with a recruiter. Mine was online via Zoom. I had camera on, the recruiter did not. It was a quick call lasting about 20 minutes. After this screening interview, I was required to complete an online coding assessment within a few days.
