Arhaus Design Consultant interview questions

I had a phone screening with HR then with Regional manager after applying online and being referred by friend. Then in store with both store manager and assistant manager. 3 week wait for answer and start date.

I was contacted via email and asked to schedule a FaceTime interview a few days later. The interview was about 10 minutes long. Although the job was described as a design position it was really a sales position in disguise. I never received any kind of contact afterwards to let me know I was not selected.
