Had 2 rounds
1. Coding round. A lot of smaller problems that can be coded in a few minutes. Basically checking how good your coding and analytical skills are.
2. Design and coding. More involved, coding problem was a lot harder than the first round, and other problems also required domain knowledge, not just analytical skills.
Was told that there could be 3 rounds, where based on your performance in each round you'll have another round.
After 2 rounds I was told that they were done for the day, which was a clue that it was over and they won't be proceeding.
They told me they'll get back in 2 days, but never heard back from anyone. Usually I hear back, giving a clear "regret" response when interviews don't go well. I find companies that don't get back very unprofessional, and to be honest, this is the only company that hasn't bothered doing that.
Most companies also reimburse the cost it takes for candidates to get to their workplace and back, lunch/breakfast. Although, that's something am ok with as I used my own vehicle, their absolute lack of communication leaves a bad taste. The company comes across as arrogant.
