1 step is short online codding task without any interviewer. 2 Step, online codding interview with an interviewer. I did not passed second interview phase but even at that step they really dont care about any of your pottential based on your experience and background. At first impression they search for a "perfect nerd coder" no matter who you are and what you did in the past.
