Aritzia Sales Associate interview questions

I was scouted by the assistant manager and she sent one of her staff to come talk to me. The employee asked if I was working in the mall and if not, that the manager was interested in having me hand in my resume. I brought in my resume the following week to the assistant manager who asked me why I wanted to work at Aritzia and for my availability. She then took a step back to look me up and down to see what I was wearing. WHAT YOU'RE WEARING IS IMPORTANT. She said she'd set up and interview for me to meet the store manager. I went for the interview 2 days later. The store manager asked if I was going to school, what I wanted to pursue in my career and for my availability. She explained to me the expectations that Aritzia employees must meet. It was basically, personality, style, how self driven you are and street smarts. She offered me the job and that was that. The employee discount is now 40%.
