The hiring partner was very friendly and personable, as was everyone who worked there. I was getting over a cold when I went in, so I didn't make the best impression. But everyone was super impressive and we talked for a long time.
Screener interview: 20 minute call with a partner over zoom, the questions were mostly behavioral or asking why A&P,/why big law in general, left probably 5 minutes for me to ask questions.

OCI Process
1. Screening interview with an Associate - 20 min
2. Call back round is with 4 Senior Attorneys - 20-30 min each.
The process was very well managed and organized. The Recruiting Rep greeted candidate at first, made sure that there weren't any technical issues (OCI was online because of COVID).
A junior associate joined after to quick introduce the firm and chatted about her experience, before the formal interview began. The rest of the call-back was pretty standard.
I had a call-back with another firm that was a complete disaster (technical glitches, people dropped off before conversation ended, gotten the wrong resume, etc.).
A&P put in the effort to make sure this ran smooth.
