Arrow Electronics Engineering Manager interview questions

Pretty bad experience, much questions were unrelated to the position and they asked me some sensitive and close to illegal information such as age, place of birth, number of kids, ages of my kids, spouse, etc. The interviewers seemed also to seek for somebody that thinks exactly the same as them so leaned me to think that is not the company to develop ingenuity and creativity. Anyway I would have not accepted an offer, definitively this is not a company I would like to work for.
