      Tout d'abord, ils vous contactent pour planifier un autre entretien, qui dure environ 30 minutes. Au cours de cet entretien, ils posent des questions sur vos compétences en interaction avec les clients en anglais. Ensuite, ils vous demandent de rédiger une lettre de motivation et vous envoient un questionnaire, suivi d'un entretien d'une heure avec le directeur commercial. Dans mon cas, la directrice commerciale a mentionné à plusieurs reprises qu'elle n'avait pas examiné mon CV en détail et n'avait pas beaucoup de questions spécifiques à poser. Cependant, elle a demandé des informations sur mon expérience en vente, qui semblait finalement être un facteur décisif pour elle. J'ai franchement admis que mon CV ne reflétait pas une expérience significative en vente. Elle m'a alors informé qu'ils me recontacteraient dans 4 ou 5 jours avec leur décision. Malheureusement, ils ne m'ont pas contacté pour me donner le statut de ma candidature, sauf lorsque j'ai fait une démarche proactive pour demander des nouvelles. Leur réponse a été brève et décevante, indiquant qu'ils avaient choisi de poursuivre avec une autre entreprise. Malheureusement, j'ai investi environ 5 heures de mon temps dans ce processus. Il est conseillé de ne pas perdre son temps avec des entreprises qui semblent manquer d'humanité et de considération pour vos efforts et compétences.
