Phone Screen and in person. Cultural fit is important. The interview focused on speaking with potential coworkers to evaluate fit. Make sure you know what you are talking about. Overall not too difficult of a process.

The process was routine, on-campus recruitment, phone interview then on-site interview. I was interviewed on Oct 2019 at Madison, WI. Arrowhead is a fast-growing company with a lot of opportunities. I loved interacting with Arrohwad employees. They were very positive, telented and nice. I could imagine that I can develop a lot as a chemist by working at Arrowhead. I could see that the work environment was full of positive energy.
