I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Article (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
The interview was for an intermediate level position, but they asked the type of questions that you would expect for a junior position. Questions that we all understand the answer to but have the forgotten the exact definition of as we have been out of school for so long. Talking in generalities wasn't good enough. If you couldn't remember the exact definition of concept X from your 3rd year CS class, they got annoyed.
There were very few questions about software development in general. The types of questions they focused on were very specific to their line of business. Those are fair questions, but they couldn't see how someone with experience outside of that domain could still be an asset to their team.
Very quick
1st stage - recruiter screen
final stage - interview with team lead/hiring manager - scripted behavioural/competency questions, followed by technical interview with team - technical questions based on resume followed by leetcode easy question and build simple app task

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had a conflict with a colleague?
I was given an online tech assessment. after finishing that, I was told that the question was the wrong one, and sent me another URL from another company... and the questions were easier than the previous ones. I don't know what's the point...
