Very relaxed, we did a phone call first for about 20 minutes with Human Talent Acquisition and then a video interview with a supervisor and current lab employee in the lab for about 40 minutes.

It was a pretty normal interview. They asked lots of questions. The interview questions were mostly standard questions. I was given a lab tour after the interview which was nice.

Phone screening asked about salary expectations, preferred shift, what do you look for in a job, etc. Then you do a recorded interview with 5 questions about past work experience. If they like your answers, you get an interview with people from the lab.
