Applied online through internal job board (was already an employee in a different department). Onsite interview with supervisor, division manager, and a current IT Analyst was scheduled about 2 weeks after applying. Interview was fairly simple with most questions based around who you are as an employee and what you would bring to the table in that department. There were maybe 2 technical questions related to IT and were easy to answer if you have any previous experience with IT. Overall, the interview was very upbeat and positive and everyone seemed to be happy to be there.
