Slightly disappointing process, took a long time and very impersonal. After being contacted with a generic email, I could respond through a third party online system to answer questions on video...you read the questions and then talk through an answer for about 4 minutes each. This is convenient for both you and the company, but hard to gauge compared to a conversation/interview. Then in the next step I had a couple of days to submit a writing test on medical content. After I sent the document back and had a test received response, it took two weeks until I heard back again to move on to the next stage. By this point I had already accepted another position. So after many weeks and submitting a test that takes a few hours, I never even talked to a person at the company or was informed the specifics of the role, etc. I understand that this would have been the next stage of the interview process, but this is already after a lot of time investment from the applicants.
