I was scheduled for a phone interview, and honestly the whole process was very disappointing. I really wanted to work for this company, but during my entire phone interview it seemed like the interviewer was talking to someone else. For instance when they asked how I knew about ARUP I mentioned that I discovered the company when looking for internships for pathology, and she said "so your uncle works here?" ...no. I never mentioned that. When asked what kind of environment I like to work in I said I prefer fast paced environments that keep me busy, and she said "so, easy paced?" No! I told her with my interest In pathology and my certificate in phlebotomy I really want to work in a healthcare field and get my foot in the door and she agreed and started to mention that job security is important, and I never once said anything about job security. My phone interview started late, and ended late, so I didnt get to ask any of my prepared questions either.
