Very friendly process, but took quite a while to get a response after initially applying. Then I had a phone interview and a group panel interview following that. Human resources department was helpful and friendly throughout the entire process.

Interview
I applied online, had a phone interview where they went over my resume and asked questions, then had an in person interview where they asked questions about specific experiences and how you handled them. I got the offer a couple days later and had to wait for 3 weeks for my start date due to background checks.
