Ascendion Manager interview questions

The overall process was divided into four simple steps- Step 1: Initial Screening Based on the interest shown for the role, the recruiters asked some basic questions to ensuring I am right fit for the role and waited for 2 days to get confirmation for my candidature for the process. Step 2: Interview- Round 1 Interview happened on Zoom for 45 mins, and more details on my ability of problem solving was measured along with getting a detailed walkthrough of my resume. The interviewer also asked details about various projects we have put together with my past team. Step 3: Screening using a assessment I was given a case study t solve on HCM. It also involved me to share some of my recommendation and commendation. The results were asked to be sumitted on a powerpoint presentation. I beleive they also wanted to check my ppt skills thought the same. Step 4: Interview with Hiring Manager Considering the hiring manager operated in night shift, my interview was scheduled late. Multiple questions on reasons for looking for new opportunity, strength, areas of improvement etc were some of the details of the interview. The hiring manager also gave more detailed inputs on what the role will bring on the table and what value add will the role have
