I was invited to a video interview where I answered basic questions and after was offered to do another video interview with a manager. Once the interview was completed I was told they wanted to offer me the position and if I had any questions. I asked if pay could be neogotiated and she asked what I was looking for. I replied that a dollar more (above minimum wage) would be great but I would be happy to discuss it further. She volunteered that she would get back to me but I never heard back.

Had to go through two rounds for an interview, but it was overall a non-stressful experience. The hiring manager was extremely accommodating and an overly communicative about what the position entails, the hourly pay, the work culture, etc. Ultimately, I I ended up getting the job; so I’ll be back with another review on my experience as an employee there.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. Takes about 20 to 30min, and they get back to you within 24 hr. The Questions are behavioral and general situational questions. Just be ready and prepared with documents and a good personality.
