Interview
After submitting my resume, I was contacted by the administraive assistant to schedule my interview. The interview process was normal and typical of any interview. They asked questions specific to the position and did ask a couple case vinigettes. Once they completed the interviews I was contacted by the program supervisior and offered the position. I went in and picked up the paperwork that needed to be completed, went on got my fingerprints, phsyical and drug screening (paid or reimbursed by the company).

Interview
It was a 10 minute interview with HR director. My resume spoke for itself as he said. Very relaxed and easy. Met with my supervisor who was very relaxed and then went and got fingerprinted. Hired me on the spot with no problems except when I did the paper work. HR director hired me at one salary and executive director told me to take or leave it when I went to fill out the paperwork. It was at a much lower salary then I was originally offered by the HR director.
