They alert you via a generated email if they are interested in offering you a phone interview.
The email includes a link to schedule an appt. online.
It took 3 days before the link actually had options to select from.
Then the interviewer never got notice of the scheduled interview, so I had to call in myself.

The Administrative Assistant II pays $15-18 hour - Schedule 8am-5pm, M-F, we didn't get past that as it's nearly impossible to survive in the Bay Area on that wage :).

Apply online couple days later received a call and they scheduled an in person interview.
The interviewer was nice and was able to answer all questions i asked about the position and benefits. and was easy for me to answer interview questions.
