Interview
The interview was very professional and interviewers were very friendly and approachable. Interview asked about professional background, experience, knowledge. A few questions asked how you would address and handle situations. Interviewers go over answers with you and what they find to be the best. Staff was very welcoming and rooted for you to get the job which was comforting.

What experiences do you have that would help you relate to the clientel we work with?
Screening interview and then main interview. Expect to be interviewed by a team of 3-4 people. Also expect them to run late! They asked about 6-10 questions. Overall it was an okay experience but a little stressful
The interview process was standard. It is a low pressure process that begins with a phone screening then followed up with an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of a two-person panel. due to COVID-19 procedures might be different.
