What Experience do you have working with transitional youth?
No interview offered, even after inside knowledge that the company was urgently hiring, and that my resume/qualifications are a perfect match. I (cold) called the hiring manager and got a very steely response. Either that's no longer proper etiquette or something else in my presentation prompted a hasty shutdown.
