Interview
The first manager I interviewed with asked very cookie cutter questions and then the next level up manager was in a rush and I felt like I was bothering him simply by being interviewed. I didn’t really feel a personable vibe from either of them anyway so I think I dodged a bullet here. They decided on another candidate further along in the process. Not sure why they couldn’t have realized that before interviewing me lol but at least gives insight into possible management’s disconnect and broader company culture
