Pros

Genuinely nice coworkers. They really do make things a bit more tolerable.

Cons

Management is manipulative, asks for tons of after hours work, does not focus on big wins. You will be asked to focus all of your attention on one client, then get berated for letting lower priority issues fall by the wayside. They're cheap and pay a solid 20% under market despite having expectations beyond what's necessary.

Pros

Hire's everybody, and most programs go remote or hybrid eventually.

Cons

- preloaded PTO and can't accrue anymore after that - management of certain programs is extremely disorganized - objectives always changes per client request despite harm towards customers - hard to adjust to constant changes in role resposiblity
