It's the first time in my career where a recruiter has shifted my interview, and then not show up on the rescheduled time. When I asked for a follow-up, he straight up ghosted me. A.H. is his initials. I had to book days off from my work for this interview and it's very saddening to see this happen. It probably happens very frequently in the organization.
