I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Astera Labs (Santa Clara, CA) in Dec 2021

Interview

Numerous video conference calls including a panel interview. It takes a little time to complete but by the end of the process you are completely educated on the company and what your role will be if you get selected. Personally I like panel interviews as you get to tell your story one time and not keep repeating yourself all day long. I wish more companies utilized them.

Question 1

There were numerous interviews with lots of technical questions but one question that stood out was the classic "tell us of a time where you did NOT do something right" and I told a story where I snapped at a customer.
