I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
I started by applying online through AstraZeneca’s career portal. I submitted my resume and a cover letter tailored to the job description. Within a couple of weeks, I got an email from a recruiter saying that they wanted to move forward with my application.
2. Initial Screening
Next, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. It was about 30 minutes long, and we went over my resume, my experience, and why I was interested in the position at AstraZeneca. The recruiter also gave me a brief overview of the role and the company culture.
3. Assessment Tests
After the phone screen, I was asked to complete a series of online assessments. These included cognitive ability tests, like logical reasoning and numerical ability. There were also psychometric tests that aimed to evaluate my personality traits and how I might fit into the team and company culture.
multiple rounds- CV then online test and then online video interview and more - taking long time and effort, questions are not difficult but taking long to get response from the company.
It was a relax and comfortable process and I really enjoyed the questions and the breaks we were given. It was professional and helped me a lot especially the practice interview they tell you to do
