I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Asurion in May 2015
Interview
Applied and sent resume, took assessments, completed phone recording interview, completed second Interview over the phone with a Supervisor, once offered the job, I had to talk to HR about a start date and requirements I had to meet by then. *Tip* The interviewer is a person just like you, get them to laugh, converse with each answer but don't lead it too far off topic. Be in a QUIET area with no interruptions while on the phone with the interviewer. Don't be afraid to ask them at the end "Based on my qualifications, do you feel that I am a good fit for this job?"

Question 1
Give me an example of a situation with an irate customer and how you handled it.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Asurion (Augusta, GA) in Jan 2022
Interview
This interview process was typical--about 30 minutes long. Surprisely, there was more customer service than technical based questions. My biggest dislike in the process is I was never contacted back to see if I got the position or not. Even though, I was advised to contact the recruiter if I haven't heard from them in a week. Which I did. I just got the no answer is the answer. Which I think is unfair and unprofessional.

Fast and easy, first a phone interview then a zoom video call for the second interview. Got an offer 4 days later then was able to take my drug screen and do my background check
