Online application followed by 2 video interviews. Second interview they could not get the correct meeting link despite several reminders, almost had to reschedule. Interviewers were pleasant and informative about the company but very vague about the actual role.

Good and interesting set of questions. Assessment aside from personality assessment is unrelated to the role. Recruiter was nice and professional. Looking forward for improvement on the assessment side to further improve applicant experience.

After 8+ months of repeated engagement with different people in the recruitment team, I’m deeply disappointed by the lack of finality in the process, leaving me frustrated and undervalued.
The process has now snowballed into a significant waste of time and energy. The recurring promises of "Our sales and marketing teams are continuing to explore creative ways to position the Chief of Staff role to our clients" have led nowhere.
