Very simple the boss contacted me a couple days after I applied and I came in for an interview at the beginning of the week and was offered the job close to the end of the week. Very quick process.

Interview
it was easy and brief but still covered most aspects of clinical needs and administrative duties.
the interviewer was friendly and nice. after the interview showed me around the clinic and inrduced me to the team.
Interview lasted 15 minutes. Very brief just to get an idea of my interest in the field and some background information. Process was speedy after the interview and I came in to shadow a week later.
