A formal 1hr 15min interview where they essentially ask your background, then ask your motivations, a project that AtkinsRealis has completed that appealled to you etc. Then some scenario based questions.

Once the application submitted, you need to complete an assignment with a different set of questions, and at the end there will be 2 min Video recorded questions. Once its cleared you will be qualified for face to face interview.
