After applying, I received an email from the recruiter to arrange an interview with senior managers. I then had a 50-minute interview with two senior managers, where they asked mainly about my site experience — which I do not have, but I assumed this would be acceptable for a graduate position. They also asked about my education, college experience, and some behavioural questions.
However, it has now been more than five weeks with no response. I sent a polite follow-up email to the HR representative who arranged the interview after three weeks, and I am still waiting for any feedback.
It is disappointing to see how the company treats candidates who are genuinely looking for their first opportunity after college. Not even receiving a simple update or thank-you email feels quite unprofessional. After reading reviews, it seems I am not the only one, so I am not sure I would want a long-term relationship with a company that treats applicants this way before they are even employees.
