Simple online application. Received a phone call a week after inviting me to an initial interview which was conducted by two people in their offices in Derby (Simple interview going through your CV and a technical questions). Received a call an hour after the first interview inviting me back for a 2nd interview the week after (Same format again with 3 different people this time, with a technical question again and a commercial question). After the second interview you have a tour of the office with a current employee who is on the graduate scheme which is useful to ask some probing questions. Overall a pleasant experience with friendly staff. (Tip: KNOW YOUR TRAINS AND SHOW PASSION)
