I applied directly on their website, two weeks later I was contacted by email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was easy and friendly. The same day I was contacted to schedule an official in person interview with HR and managing team. The "in person interview" was also very friendly with a slight level of complexity compared to other interviews I had.
