Application form, followed by telephone interview and then series of face to face interviews. Process took around 6 weeks from first application.
Face to face interviews consisted of:
- Technical interview based on case study, previous university project and CV experience
- Competency interview with HR manager
- Interview with Graduate scheme manager to discuss motivations

Very smooth process. Felt like more of an informal chat than a high pressure interview. Very excited to start work there. Gave an overall good impression of the company. Good mix of competency and technical questions.

approx 2 hour interview going over motivations and some technical questions before having the chance to ask questions. Was a nice discussion with potential line manager and someone who had recently finished the graduate scheme themselves in the team. Done virtually over Teams

Prior to the interview, you're given a few questions to prepare answers to. The interviewers were really nice and relaxed, and made the experience more enjoyable than in other companies I have interviewed at.
