I have never had such an unprofessional experience in interviewing. I was contacted on April 3rd by email to schedule a phone interview, 2 business days after applying. She said that the phone number I provided in my application was incorrect (it wasn't) and to provide another one. So I wrote back and we agreed on the next day at 2pm. I still hadn't heard anything by 2:15, so I called her thinking maybe she was still having trouble with my number. No answer, so I left a voicemail. A minute later, I get an email from her asking if we can push it back 45 minutes. I couldn't, so I suggested at 3:30pm. She never replied and I never got the call that day. The next morning, she emailed me apologizing and asking if we could have the call that day. So we spoke, things went well, she said that she had other roles in mind that I might be more suitable for. So she said she wanted to have an in-person interview. We agreed on meeting Monday (April 9th) and she said she would confirm the time by email. Monday passes and I never hear from her, so I contact her on the 12th to ask if she still wanted to meet. She doesn't reply until Tuesday the 17th, apologizing again, and saying that she will contact me during the week to schedule the interview for the end of the week or the beginning of the following week. It's now 11 days later and I still haven't heard back, so I just give up. Clearly, they're not really interested in me or filling the roles
