Interview
Met with the VP of T&D. We had good discussions in the interview. I explained my history, my experience, my personal interested, my flexibility to be willing to relocate, and how I see myself fitting in the corporation. Interviewer in turn explained the company background, immediate needs, and near term needs. Although there were circumstances preventing a match for the immediate need, there was a match for near term need at another city.
Initially it was an online job application, then asked to attend an online interview with two interviewers, it was straightforward and easy interview which lasted no more than 45 minutes in length.

Interview
They setup an online interview with a group in India. The day before the scheduled interview someone called, that was hard to understand, and told me that the had to reschedule the interview do to a schedule conflict. I have not heard back from them.

The interview is smooth, starting with introductions, followed by a walk through the CV. Then the standard questions (behavior, technical questions). Lastly, it's about benefits within the company and any questions from the candidate. Everything takes between 40minutes to 1 hour.
