I received a call from the Recruitment Manager in Montreal based on my Linked In profile. We had a telephone interview and he set up an in person meeting with the hiring manager for later that same week. I had a 2 hour interview with the hiring manager reviewing the job, the expectations and the challenges of the role. I followed up my interview with an email thank you the next day. A week later i followed up with an email to the recruiter requesting feedback on next steps. I never heard back.
