At first they do a screening by phone and after i got 2 interviews. one with HR and director of the project (SNC-Lavalin) and after one with the Mine director and th HR of SNC-Lavalin. They were asking question about how i would feel in a surrounding men area. And all kind of question in different field (mechanical, electrical, infrastructural ect..)
