Dropped off my resume at the office, even without a job posting. Got called back within a week or two (I guess it was good timing). Met with HR at main office to answer a few standard questions and had a phone conference with hiring office (Victoria) with the regional manager and my then future manager.

No trick questions, mostly discussed my CV and previous experience
Interview went well, but annoyed that I was ghosted with no followup or status update regarding the position. An email query after a month of silence went unanswered. Poor communication on the whole process.

Questions were average, though during the process it became aware that there was a strong focus towards business development that gave the impression sales experience was as important as science background.
