The hiring process was taking 3 months, I have been waiting for this job and declined other job. I don't recommend it to anyone to join this company. Dont waste your time.
There are people from the technical side as well as from the human resource. You should be able to connect to non-technical audience. They will take turn and you will have high level technical questions and HR questions. Do a bit of a research on the salary you are interested in and have references ready.
