Applied on company's website, passed online test and was invited to a virtual assessment center. Virtual assessment center consists of 2 parts. (Same interviewers) 1/ Motivational and general questions. e.g Why Atkins, Why this role?, A time when you overcame a challenge, A time you worked well in a team etc. -Think of examples beforehand will be extremely helpful, 2/ Basic Engineering questions, would be helpful if you revise principles of mechanical engineer e.g forces, couple forces , pressure valve, how structure fails, stress and strain, fatigue, basic turbine operations and characteristics.
