The Gentleman who ran the IT department was a nice guy he asked me about my experience and what I was looking to do and get into with the company. After recommending to hire me for a full time spot instead of the part time one, I followed up with them weekly they said they were trying to get me in. After about 1 month of time the person who spoke with me stopped replying to me and didn't take my calls or reply to my emails. He was a really nice guy, but couldn't just talk to me after the fact. I'm guessing his conversation with the COO didn't go well as I didn't hear from him after it.
