Pros

Small company so you get to do just about anything you want to tackle or take on.

Cons

Leadership (owners) are unprofessional. They are publicly verbally abusive to whoever they wish because they can be. Owner makes inappropriate sexist and racist comments. No recourse because one of the owners is in charge of HR.
