I applied to the account executive position in December and received an email in January, from a hiring manager asking if I would be interested in a call. I accepted and selected a date/ time which worked. On the day, 1 minute past the scheduled time I receive an email asking if I could push the interview back 15 minutes. I replied to apologise that I couldn’t and asked if we could reschedule. No reply. I chased up and apologised if I caused offence but I had other meetings scheduled. Still no reply. Such a sensitive hiring manager. Emails a minute into a scheduled minute asking to push back and when the reply is non-conforming, their feelings get hurt.

3 rounds straight forward before. Typically screening with hr person. Then manager interview which was pretty easy show personality. Then director was my final round, however, this was in 2022.
