Very laid back , friendly. Detailed tour of the hospital. Interviewed with admin staff and physician leadership. Did not discuss compensation model during the interview. Detailed discussion of benefits during the interview.

What would you bring to the culture of the department
Great experience, Engaging, calm. The interview process was smooth and efficient. I Felt heard and all my questions were answered. Did not have a hard time navigating towards the interview and felt like they were really there to get to know me.

Interview
Came for first visit - very informative met many stakeholders inside and outside my department. Invited to dinner with chairman and several coworkers.
Second visit came with spouse - had community tours. Very positive process.
Took a bit long to receive final contract.
Very helpful HR department for on-boarding
