2 steps after sending the CV. 1st round with the team leader with questions related to daily business situations which were mainly focus on getting know each other and understand if the interviewee had the qualities they were looking for. 2nd round with the Head of Italy manager who asked some technical questions related on what I was currently doing in my job and also a brief logical case. Overall the process was fun, fast and engaging. I had also the chances to make many questions to better understand what they were looking for
