Great place to learn People are really nice, and always willing to help They try their best to maintain work/life balance

Cons

Organisational inertia- seniorisation of all roles, and no clear structure for delivery teams which leads to delays High employee churn- people keep leaving, and the firm hasn't done much to improve this such as improving pay in line with work delivered
