It was an in-person interview that was conducted at their premises in Sydney. The interview mainly focused on testing once business sense. It resembled more or less like a case competition.

They are only looking for IITians for recruitment. So no matter how well your interview goes they are not going to select you unless you studied in an IIT. They even mention this when they reject you after the interview.
