Interview
Online interview with a senior analyst from the Cambridge office but for a position in the Austin office. Interview was in two parts, first one analytical/brain teaser, second one was more of a "fit" with a focus on the interviewer talking about the company. Lasted about 35 minutes. Said they were going to get back to me after 2 weeks, reached out multiple times to HR but never heard anything back (HR answered the first time but then ghosted the second and third).

Question 1
Q1: If an analogue clock starts at 1:05, when will the minute hand cross the hour hand again (more about explaining how you get there)
Q2: 1000 people (including you) take part to a raffle, where you can chose a number between 0 and 100. The one that gets closest to 2/3 of the average picked value wins. Which number do you pick.
Q3: Question about graph theory. if you have a let's say 5x5 grid, how do code a script that will find the fastest way from the start point to another random point.
The process consisted of an initial interview focused on quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical thinking, including probability and logic-based questions. Following a successful first-round interview, I was invited to a second-round interview involving a more comprehensive discussion

The interview process consists of three rounds, each conducted with senior modellers. The rounds typically assess technical expertise, problem-solving ability, modelling approach, and communication skills, with increasing depth and complexity across each stage.

Interview
Interview started with my introduction and some questions about the employer followed by a probability question, coding question to check code writing skills and a puzzle. Interviewer helped me through out the interview if I was stuck by providing hints. It was very interactive.
