I was asked to send a CV and a cover letter. The first round (I'm waiting for the second round now) was a friendly chat to get to know each other. It lasted 40/45 minutes and was a video interview. After I introduced myself and answered a few questions, the interviewer explained to me about the company, its culture, and what they offer.
